Compute power for everything at once
An Intel Core i5 with eight cores and 32 GB of DDR5 memory bring the horsepower for demanding security services. Deep inspection, many VPN tunnels and logging run in parallel and smoothly, even when a lot comes together at one site.
Connections of your choice
Eight 2.5 GbE ports are on board from the factory, plus a NIC module slot: this turns the device into exactly what the site needs, whether additional 10G SFP+ uplinks or further RJ45 ports. That keeps room to grow as the network expands.

The AIMSTRONG-4240 runs AIMdefense, a security software developed in Germany and based on open source.
