QSFP28 active optical cable (AOC), 100GBase-SR4 Active Optical Cable. 100G over multi-mode OM4, pre-terminated, length 3 m. 850 nm. Connector QSFP28 auf QSFP28. Tested for Extension Module QSFP. Delivered as a Skylane module with Skylane labelling, tested and approved for use in AIMSTRONG systems.

Typical uses

• 100G runs between neighbouring racks where a DAC is too short or too stiff.
• Tight cable paths: the AOC is thinner and allows smaller bend radii than twinax.
