Compatibility and coding
Every transceiver stores its identity in the EEPROM. Many vendors check that identity and reject foreign modules. We supply this module in the following codings:
- compatible with Allied Telesis AT-SP10LR
- compatible with Cisco SFP-10G-LR
- compatible with Intel E10GSFPLR
- compatible with Dell SFP-10G-LR
- uncoded to MSA
The Intel coding is also the right choice for Fujitsu servers (Primergy) with Intel network cards.
The Dell coding also fits Broadcom NICs (for example BCM57412) in Dell servers.
